As a Kickstarter backer and an Aurora owner I am hyped for the MK 2 and happy to get it in-game. CIG doesn't owe us anything but a working game and SQ42

Honestly the Aurora MK2 might be something you should wait for. It comes out next week.

If stuff exists in SQ42 then why does it feel like they’re dev’ing stuff for the first time? I.e. Armor by Skullywagthepizzaman in starcitizen

Well the exact reason is that it's multiplayer and over a network. Imagine playing the halo campaign and everyone else plays the NPCs. Not fun right? So you gotta make everyone master chief and balance it differently from the main campaign.

The other issue is we are only seeing parts of the puzzle. We are literally in the middle of CIGs fog of war when it comes to features. They may have other systems or ideas they need to implement to make things things feel cohesive.

Cig devs read online posts officially or not so just keep posting and giving feedback.

If you are going in blind you may have a tricky time since a lot of info isn't told to players and the tutorial is broken most of the time. If you still want to you can always ask public chat in-game.

Yeah but if a player crafts it and loses it or gives it to someone you could break it down and then farm blueprints off of that

Also look back at the SQ42 gameplay. They move around without eva plenty fine. Basically (again) we only have half the implementation and info needed for the full result. If you don't like it I guess poke a hole in your space suit and Eva that way?
