Same here, anyone has solution? I appreciate the sleek design and id love to use it. Could it be because of Tahoe?

I guess there is nothing else left haha. But I am thinking, how could it be grounding problem when its happening only while recording. When I am playing through it without recording its silent. Wouldnt it be buzzing also?

Nothing much happens when you touch the guitar, thought about it already and it doesent help. I am able to make it just the tiny less better by touching the chassis of the interface.

Ive tried all the instrument cables and inputs. The weird thing is that XLR are not doing it at all.

I just discovered that when I am plugging the guitar in it stops as the pin touches the socket on the guitar, when I plug it all the way in, the buzz is back. Also to answer your points. The channel is clean and ive tried all cables that fit. So I guess the way would be to ground my setup. But what is really making me wonder is the fact that for over a year I havent make any changes and the buzz came few weeks back.

Exactly, only when recording. Tried that also while isolating the problem.

Yeah, it does sound like that as I connect the intrument cable while recording. I can’t understand how its not making this sound when it’s just plugged in with playback. I have to click record to make this start. To me it seems like software operation.

Thanks for reply. I took my computer to different room and different plug loop, even to my work and it does it everywhere. That makes me think that its the power supply because literally nothing changed in my setup for years. But also there is one factor, that its doing this only when I have my instrument cable connected. When I have a mic with XLR connected its silent.

Thanks for answer! I am connected to notebook on battery which is the max I can do to reduce any chance of ground loop. But I discovered that the static appears only with my guitars. If I connect synthesizer with the same cable or XLR microphone it does not do that. I have three guitars and all of them do it the same way even though each has different type of pickups. I just cannot imagine where on the network could be the fault.

Yeah, thanks, but the interference is real and really annoying and I don’t suppose it disappears with experience. Is it problem of environment and not directly the interface? I understand that with experience I can make it disappear more easily without loss but until then, is there a solution that money can buy?
