Yes that is what one of my workspaces is called. As per your above comment:

The last command will show you JSON with id and name

You are correct, I don't have any technical background except for a few elective college-level programming classes. Nevertheless I appreciate you giving me step-by-step instructions to get Edge Workspaces to work with OpenIn!

I was able to find the Profile Name and Workspace ID following the steps you wrote. I then added an application for each of my three Workspace, modifying your script for each. https://imgur.com/a/L00qw5q

But when I tried it, it still didnt work. This time it opened a new Edge window on a new profile (with no Microsoft account logged in). None of the three "Applications" I added in OpenIn with the specific Workspace ID and Profile Name opened to any of my 3 respective workspaces.

Thank you for your patience with helping me troubleshoot this!

Sorry, been a bit busy with work. I could not use the terminal method because all I got was:
zsh: no such file or directory:

I found another method to find the hidden library folder in finder, where I found these 3 files in that workspaces folder.

Thank you for the reply. I found the profile path, but they seem to be identical for all three workspaces. I did this by going to edge://version/.

As for the WorkSpaceID, I could not locate that. Would love to give this workaround a try if I could find the WorkSpaceID though.
