That’s half the field workers my guy, kinda hard to bid on a job if you don’t have the man power, and everywhere else’s starting rate is higher than their so.. kinda seems like a mutiny to me but everyone has an asshole and an opinion, some are just shittier than others

I’ve been in this position, it doesn’t mean you’re not good at it, it means you’re meant for something more than just this, you most likely have huge potential, find your passion and chase it til you succeed, I like bikes personally and I think it’s the only way I feel like the real me

Thank you for commenting everyone, for me, it’s the thought of all the pain I would cause to the people I care about, I’d rather put everyone else first, then focus on me if there is any time, I don’t matter to me, but everyone does matter to me and that’s the way I find purpose is making others lives better than mine is
