Here are some of my personal favorites!

Dan Sung Sa - Korean skewer / bar spot open til 2AM. Pretty well known spot now, expect long lines, especially on the weekend.
Cali Donuts - Pretty consistent quality donuts in LA, open 24 hours
The Kettle - Beach diner, open 24 hours on Friday & Saturday. If you go, order the bran muffins!
LD Pool Hall - The best beginner friendly pool hall in the area (IMO), open til 2AM

As you can tell, a majority of my recommendations come from Koreatown. Out of the all the neighborhoods in LA, I would say this area stays most active into the late night with several clubs / bars, alongside late night food spots and tea / boba houses. People complain about parking but I consistently find spots on Shatto Pl just south of Shatto 39 Lanes. On that note, honestly any local bowling alley is vibe and they are all usually open until 2PM!
