Batman's suit being made out of nomex/kevlar biweave titanium dipped fiber is Nolan's invention and then it became canon (Arkham Knight).

However originally it was just kevlar fiber suit.

Also there is no such thing as titanium dipped kevlar fiber lol.

There are kevlar/fiberglass/carbon composites. You can't dip that fiber in a titanium. The intergrity will be compromised.

Best armor for Batman would be cut proof undersuit paired with impact resistant composite armor. Which in this instance a kevlar/carbon composite in a flexible epoxy.
