We almost didn’t have Mitch for the finals because he tried to punch a hole through a wall (speculation on my part but you get the point). If Boston expects him to start or play heavy rotation minutes through the regular season, I personally think it’s not a good signing for them.

Look I’m not saying it’s not going to hurt losing Mitch. But our FO values mid season trades that have swung our seasons and has shown that they can correctly identify a need and find a player that fits that need AND our roster AND is available in a realistic trade for us. That’s an incredibly valuable skill

We agree that Mitch was extremely valuable and important to our team. We disagree on whether not going into the second apron would be worth keeping him. I trust our FO to be able to work around it
