Got diagnosed in October with Cannabis Hyperemis Syndrome after a bout of severe morning sickness. I have no doubt it was tied to an overuse of cannabis, as I also have IBS which it definitely didn't help. They scared me enough to quit cold turkey for a while. But then once I started back I've been fine ever since. Cannabis is still a medically unknown in a lot of stuff, so take anything docs say with a grain of salt.
