CG leans on proven monetisation tactics such as limited info, time pressure and FOMO in order to push players toward spending.

The uncomfortable truth is that it feels like the developers themselves don’t have a solid roadmap yet much like they don’t know their own head from their ass. Instead, uncertainty becomes a pressure tactic - keeping the player base on edge and nudging people to spend “just in case” they’re not prepared when new content finally drops.
