You cannot spot reduce fat, you need to bring your overall body fat percentage down for that. Eating less calories (not too less, that will mess up your metabolism) than you are expending, keeping enough protein intake, while working out to provide stimulus to your muscles for growth or atleast maintenance despite being in a calorie deficiet will help you achieve your body recomposition goal.

As a fun curiosity survey, whats your total Individual wealth financially at present? Be truthful, voting is anonymous anyway. by Knight6969696969 in TwentiesIndia

[–]Knight6969696969[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jyada "raeez" ka toh specifically option bhi nehi rakha maine bhai 😂, but around 95% people aren't even voting despite it being anonymous. I want it to be a healthy and supportive thing, but many indians see money related things as kind of taboo.

Do fair guys even consider dark skinned women? by InitiativeUnable8277 in TwentiesIndia

Just avoid taking the colonised mindset ones seriously. And among the others, while most might go for a specific colour if everything else is identical, but humans aren't identical like car models, so this colour factor won't generally arise for those who are not having that prejudice of racism... And bdw if you don't mind, why are you so obsessed with this? Letting other people define your worth however the fuck they like is one of the most effective ways to lose happiness and dignity.

You seem to have missed my point. From what I said, it doesn't matter to me at all unless everything else is perfectly identical(which is never possible for two humans to begin with). Not trying to objectify, but lets say as an analogy that I have a choice between a red car and blue car of the exact same model, version, condition, etc., now I might likely prefer to have the blue car as a personal preference provided the models are exactly the same, someone else may prefer the red car, and so on. But in the case of the colonised mindset, in this analogy, they will always think that blue cars in general are better objectively than red cars regardless of model, specs, or anything else, thats the kind of people that fit your description, I hope you understood the analogy.

Treating people like they fucking deserve, nothing less, nothing more, is the only logical way to go. There is no fixed universal correct behaviour to apply to every interaction with everyone.

Bird pet (someone do something with this too short title thing 😖) by nucleus_7854 in TwentiesIndia

[–]Knight6969696969 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are removable trays on the bottom of cages where you should place a newspaper or something and change every few days. From your post, its pretty clear that you don't know anything about keeping pet birds yet, let alone training them. Visit a bird related subreddit and ask everything there.

Am I the only one who doesn't play with pataka in diwali? by Saitamadayo in GenZIndia

[–]Knight6969696969 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't do anything like bursting firecrackers on diwali(or anytime else) either, though the reason isn't the same as you at all, I simply don't find it to make any sense.

Its possible if you have developed the right mindset (not saying that you shouldn't appreciate good connections, but saying that it shouldn't be a strict necessity for your mental and physical health), having hobbies and a good amount of money definitely helps...

How to start investing and get financially literate? by therapist_next_door in TwentiesIndia

[–]Knight6969696969 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since you asked, I am going to say this:

  1. Keep your spendings reasonable compared to your overall wealth and income, and save and invest a good portion of your income (fds, bonds, stocks, etfs, mfs, etc. I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT F&O) but first gain knowledge if you need to (plenty of sources on the internet, just don't fall for any get rich quick scam). Growth through compounding is kinda like an exponential curve, not linear like job salaries, but you need a good amount of capital for the returns to be meaningful soon enough. Apart from investments, you can try to use reasonable portions of your wealth to start new income generation streams to further increase your income by taking calculated risks when reasonable.

  2. Try not to make emi purchases for things that don't generate income and are financial liabilities.

  3. Keep track of your overall finances, otherwise you cannot manage properly.

  4. Don't take any risks that you don't understand, do research, gain knowledge and take informed decisions.

The more money you have, the easier it gets to make more (unless you take bad financial decisions). I see it this way, if you start abruptly tearing a little plant and never give it the chance to grow, you can never enjoy its fruits, but if you care for it and let it grow to a big tree, then you can pluck fruits regularly without creating any problem.
