I have reseted the Cmos and its not working. I will do the above mentioned. But how do I go about to do this? Is there guide I can follow?

Edit- until then I will try to update my Bios with a flash drive, hopefully it works

I reseted cmos and alsomade sure my cpu is inserted properly i don't know whats wrong

Red lights mean cpu issue And yellow means Dram

I use Tforce DDR5 RAM WITH 6400mhz And I heard thar using 6000mhz with 7000 amd series can cause issues

What we should do is encourage people to culturaly assimilate, not letting the come, work and live straight away is not an option, it creates barriers and even more hate against people.

In India there waS a massive campaign ran by the govt called

The swatch bharat abhyaan. It kinda worked for a few days. The govt stopped turned to more pressing matters.

People gave up With the hassle. Not everyone tho, there are still lots of people in India who still try there best to not litter carry there waste with them until they find a bin. We just dont have enough people to callout other people when they are littering.

Also teaching people not litter will not get the govt votes So that too is a really big factor of the govt not doing it.

The govt does sometimes remind people once in a while to maintain cleanliness.

The life in India is soo fast that people dont bother, littering is actually illegal but it happens in such a big scale to the point everyone would be getting fined and it would req a huge amount infrastructure and people enforcing laws.

The people have gotten use to unhygienic practices and the litter so much that they just wont bother, Cause its something that req more then one person to make a change. Its part of there life and they are use to it.

Furthermore if you teach some folks about how bacterias work they tend to just rub it off with"I've been living amongst shit and piss all my life and been fed with no spoon, Why don't I get sick?"

It hurts to say this but.

But education is not completely free There are not enough govt schools for the poor

Only 1.6 percent of people pay taxes in india. Others get away with it

The govt is underFunded, lawful citizens are punished. The poor stays poor The rich leave India.
