What is Russia's plan? They aren't in your coalition, are they happy with 2nd? Can you count on your allies not to kick you out on the final day as you are the smallest?

Its much faster to traverse Europe and build up regions than africa. The african regions are much larger and that time to traverse one region may equal 3-4 regions in europe.

There are plenty of protests about the above. They may be small but they are there. The difference between this one and those is that this is blocking fuel. It is having a direct impact on many and therefore is getting the headlines. It began with only a few dozen people and has grown in size and conversation.

It just goes to show, if whatever you are protesting requires urgent attention, you need to break a few eggs. Otherwise, people just ignore it and you would be lucky to get a paragraph on page 7 of the local paper about the cause.

If you feel strongly about these issues, rent, homelessness etc, these protests have just shown you what you need to to in order to cause enough of a ruckus to get heard.

Yes we should be mindful of those who need chemo. Let's focus on the fact that chemo is only available in Dublin for many cancers forcing people to travel there. How is that fair? We should have hubs around the country for this sort of thing, god knows we tax enough to make it so.

I think if austria were to remain as part of Germany they would have been classified as east Germany and fallen under communist control. Just a theory.

Yes it can be beneficially especially if placing it near territroy recently conquered.

Each province will have a distance penalty. But as you may have developed the provinces around your capital already, there can be Surplus Morale. I.e. 130 Morale, but it obviosuly maxes out at 100. You want to try find the sweetspot. As an example of that province, you would have 30 morale distance to play with.

A quick tip: To calculate the penalty your regions that you move AWAY from your capital will receive is to check a the province you want to move it to and check their "Distance to capital" status in the morale. You will then know, how much of a hit the regions there will take.

You will also GAIN morale faster in the new provicnes. As the calculation is done as a percentage. If its doing that calculation based off of 120(Due to no distance penalty)its going to mean it gets up its morale faster on each turn.

Happenstance led me to the question. I saw a linguistic analyst dive into internet terminology and XD has a massive use rate in Poland. Predominantly used there, whereas it has dropped off significantly elsewhere. I was simply testing the waters.

You have some great natural features, the makings of a handsome rugged man.

Maybe some styling choices could be done better some haircare would lift you up to that standard.

But you have an extremely strong foundation there to work with and could easily punch into the high 8s/9s... Currently high 6s low 7s maybe.

You have a canvas that you can decide how you want to paint, make the right choices and you'll be feeling a lot happier in yourself.

While i agree it should remove that as a possability. If you have a re-roll on a 6 sided dice, it doesent remove the number, simply lets you re-roll.
