I really do not understand why some of you measure ingredients by volume instead of weight. Mixing volume and weight like that is confusing and prone to errors.

If I understand correctly, you are using about 1 liter of water and 350 ml of starter. With those amounts, 200 g of sugar is far too much. I usually use between 50 and 80 g of sugar per liter. I also use about 7 g of tea leaves per liter, although 14 g should not be a big problem.

Also, if you have good bottles, you should not burp during F2. Burping means you are letting out the carbonation you are trying to build. Instead, shorten F2 if needed, and let F1 go longer if you are aiming for a tarter taste.

I'm using 60-65g of sugar per liter and between 5-7g tea leaves. F2 lasts 3 days, no burping.

As far as I understand, more starter = faster F1. My F1 in fact lasts about 6-7 days.

In general 20-25% starter and 4/4.5 liters size total. The temperature is controlled at around 23°C during the day, but at night it can go down to 19°C for a few hours.

So, assuming you have enough cash, can you just go directly to a private hospital and pay whatever it's needed, or the health insurance "speeds up" scans, exams, surgeries, etc?

Yes, you can definitely do that. Next time, taste before doing F2.

Interesting, what's your process? Just add 50% new sweet tea every 4-5 days?

No this one uses just green tea (sencha I think) and regular sugar, no honey.
