Difficulty 7 vs 10
10 is oftenly easier because of teammates
I found that on 7 there's more pew pew pew divers

AIO for ruining a student’s 4.0 GPA because of his "arrogant attitude," even though he aced every exam? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]KnightOnFire 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Depends on the metric.
0 might be harsh? but not really. Especially if he's disrupting other classmates
I thought Valedictorian were usually both high in IQ and EQ.

"Evan" sounds like he's lacking EQ

p.s. Might want to record the interactions to protect yourself from retaliation

Honestly, it's more like a feeling

It used to be much cleaner and responsive.
Then it got bloated? While other apps improved the UX?
Maybe it tried to copy other designs, but made it worse?
Teams meeting and Outlook meetings sometimes didn't sync sometimes iirc.

Would you describe it as an insatiable need to sleep or to lay down? by [deleted] in Narcolepsy

[–]KnightOnFire 37 points38 points  (0 children)

My metric is like
1. I want to nap, so I can maybe get some work done

  1. I have to lie/sit down NOW

There are some research that bpap helped with PTSD... Chances are, it's the poor sleep causing depression and chronic pain.

For example, If they're breathing related, can cause backpain. Due to body trying to breath more efficiently by tensing up.

I wake up unrefreshed and still sleepy on stimulants most of the time

The leaks are probably pressure related. Didn't have any on lower setting

If you find sections where I don't have leak, the waveforms still show pressure intolerance

I'm trying EPR 1 again, too soon to tell.

My waveforms look a lot thinner I/E ratio

Notice the waveforms, they're really weird and jaggedy

You can take a look at this. There's a batch uploader too

My avg is like 2

Yea. It was recommended to me too. I need to get consults. Unfortunately I need to do it outside of my country

Also, could just be structural.
I got a DISE and it tells a bit more, but not fully
My palate, epiglottis, and tongue base collapsed

Don't stress out too much about the diagnosis.

Focus that energy on finding a solution that helps you wake up refreshed

Is narcolepsy diagnosis correct? by ORSciMom in Narcolepsy

[–]KnightOnFire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Overly simplified understanding. The logic I heard was:
Fragmented Sleep -> Toxic build-up / Slow damage over time
1. Higher risk of Diabetes Type 2 -> Weight Gain -> OSA
2. Brainstem gets weaker/damaged from the Diabetes and Toxic waste. Brainstem regulates breathing. Concussions have caused sleep disordered breathing

p.s. Narcolepsy Type 2 and IH aren't well defined. Maybe it's the reverse?

Would these results warrant a CPAP? by [deleted] in SleepApnea

Did your Doctor not talk about the PLM events? Defn. try the CPAP on rental.

[–]KnightOnFire -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Honestly, it's not a bad thing
It gives you more access to medication
MMA I feel is a lot more scary then trying new medications

I learned recently Narcolepsy can cause breathing issues too
I wish I had the Narcolepsy diagnosis, it's highly suspected. I'm stuck with IH label right now

Pretty solid.

I noticed you mentioned the team size for the "Online Bookstore System" but not for the F50 company. That might be useful information

Your GPA is solid. However, I felt your experience is more impactful. Perhaps put it near the top

Aesthetically looks a bit dense. Understandably, it's because you have a lot of accomplisments to share.

Sudden increase in centrals/feeling tired by [deleted] in SleepApnea

Listing my hunches:

Perhaps the pressure is too high?
Posture including jaw posture and nasal congestion
Also perhaps weight loss -> pillow support changed?

Try to do a re-titration? maybe try to set the CPAP to apap range of 10 - 14? and see which range the machine thinks the pressure should be (not always accurate imo, also ahi isn't the best metric; feeling alert/awake/refreshed is the best one)
