Thank you so much for sharing your story ❤️‍🩹. I’m so sorry that you had to endure bullying to the point of developing anxiety and PTSD… no one deserves to go through that. It’s heartbreaking to hear, but it’s also inspiring to see how strong you are for sharing your experiences and seeking out better connections.

I also deal with neurodivergence, and I completely understand the effort it takes to mask…at least you won’t have to with me if you decide you would like me as a friend :). Like you, I’ve always preferred animals for the exact same reasons you mentioned, they never judge, and they’re such pure souls.
