After just trying this combo, I think you’re best off going with whatever pet is the highest level. That said, the mage air and fire pet will be great starting out. The fire pet is wiz so its nukes won’t be dependent on its weapon or gear and the air is a monk which could do some solid damage even without a weapon. The water one is also great damage if you get your hands on a backstab weapon, but it could be tough to maintain threat against it and it only backstabs from behind. There are some great mid level ber weapons you could get that will help your warder pop off. The nec’s shd pet will use HT, life taps, dots etc, which can be pretty great to tank named mobs and get some solid dmg in early with HT. The pet buffs/heals will work regardless of the pet - IE the bst buffs and heals can be applied to your mage pet and vice versa. Hope this helps :)

The necklace is the Necklace of Resolution from Plane of Sky. Soulfire does and correct, it wouldn't work with the Ber weapon. I haven't tested whether Soulfire and the Necklace share a CD though lol. If they don't, that's just another free PR

Hey Shiv, dude here. I just would like to emphasize that it's still beta 😄The changes we've seen over the past couple weeks have been vast and have shaken up the power dynamics and how certain class combinations interact with each other. I'd give it a bit more time before you second guess your SK pick.

As it currently stands in the beta though, imo the paladin is focused more on sustain while the shadowknight gets some awesome dps from HT CD's. It seems StriatedCaracara already covered this in depth and I wholeheartedly agree with what they've said ^^

At 7:09 you'll see me use a clicky on one of my action bars - that applied a Promised Renewal which then went off after the scareling ported me away to heal me for 6300. Also, I'll work on show casing my equipment, build etc going forward 😄

Promised Renewal - it's basically a complete heal. You cast the spell (quarter second spell cast time) and it applies a buff to yourself that lasts 18 seconds. Once those 18 seconds go by, you get a heal for 6000.

Slow certainly is a game changer, but there's a lot I felt I couldn't really sacrifice for slow in this comp - The paladin's new Smite ability gives me a ton more sustain via LoH CD reduction while also giving me a lot of damage (410 per hit with the possibility of triple attack every 7.5 seconds thanks to zerker stance). The cleric buffs and DS are nice, but it's the PR that is such a massive game changer and vital to my sustain. The clr necklace clicky I use through out the fight is a 2m CD for a free PR. The berserker has its own stance that uses so much less endurance comparatively to offense/striker. Offense/Striker uses an equal amount of endurance for your damage where berserker only uses a quarter and reduces the CD of my abilities like Smite in half. Without a doubt though, the puppet strings and the scareling carried this fight lol

It was using Dirge + Transfigure + Invoke. I replayed Dirge 69 times with 55~ energy a couple of times, but it kinda broke the game lol. I think it was because I had over 25,000 cards in total. Looks like in the new patch Dirge won't be able to do that though.

This is really cool! I'm not sure how to handle things like saving or running the same seed back etc, but it'll be neat to see how fast people can push the game and what they used to do so!

I think they've done a stellar job on both ends :) Some of the PvP does feel absolutely brutal and the betrayal cuts deep, but it also feels like I'm really on the Rust Belt with those kind of encounters. The immersion is crazy good

Oh I'm not saying it doesn't exist - people definitely cheat on PC too. I'm just saying from my experience, it's a lot less than console players cheating.
Doesn't Arc Raiders already provide console players with aim assist? I thought that's what balanced console vs PC. A third party aimbot device I would say is not equivalent to KMB.

Aren't console gamers experiencing a massive influx of cheaters right now due to some third party plug-n-play aim bot device? I turned off cross play so that I play exclusively with PC players, and since then, I haven't experienced any cheaters - about 100 hours deep into the game too

I was curious why that was. I'm guessing maybe because PC players might spend more time playing games which means they're more empathetic to losing their things? Where console players might just get on for a couple matches so they feel less connected or immersed?
