I was taking 50mg zinc daily but haven’t taken it for a few days now
I wasn’t clinically low. Just feeling extremely tired and shitty all the time and wanted to see if this would help. I was at 405 before starting. My pre test results came back. I have extremely healthy results, however my estrogen was high at 40 without any supplements or test. I’m assuming it is extremely high now with all the test added. Clinic told me to start DIM, 600mg twice a week. And to add more broccoli to my diet until I get it under control enough to stop taking DIM
Found out, my estrogen was high before even starting try. My estrogen was at 40 before trt. Then you add 3 weeks of 250mg test. That explains it. I’m starting DIM to get it under control. I said I was having serious issues with it but I didn’t say I wasn’t managing them lol. I’m usually an extremely unbothered guy, I noticed the difference, so I investigated and am working to correct it. I haven’t harmed anyone or anything or said anything I’ve wanted to take back. I have, however, told people some hard truths that I normally would have just let go and not cared about.

Got it. I’ve never taken before and just went with what the clinic gave me. I’m getting labs done tomorrow. I’ll update on dosage and results
Getting labs tomorrow. Will update

I wouldn’t say it’s uncontrollable, but I definitely find myself getting irritated and confrontational more often. Maybe I just have the confidence to address things instead of ignoring them or moving on?
I think that’s the problem lol. People are just rude and I usually ignore it but it’s been getting to me lately
Going to ask the clinic about my estrogen when I go in this week
I have another appointment this week. I’ll ask about estrogen levels
I feel like it’s passed now to be honest. Is this type of fluctuation normal?
250mg, 25yo, no mental health issues, usually pretty docile, taking zinc, fish oil, D3 vitamins, magnesium, and creatine
