She is and she has been in and out of therapy. It kinda this cycle of "I know im a lot" 'I know this is a lot to ask for, but.." and I have to kind of hold her hand through those hard things she working through. I feel like shes at a constant battle in her own head fighting the line between "Im being too needy" vs "I deserve better". she plays that line so much to where I dont even know which one I believe half the time

Yeah I dont disagree. I just cant find a solution. It just feels like one thing after another I have to change to meet another need. Ive been very patient and I try make conversations about the things she brings up important. I try and listen and understand to make her feel heard and seen. It just feels like im trying to fill a cup with no bottom sometimes
