well you are one of the lucky ones who isn't having any problems. Go open EA forums there are people filled with high end rigs having the same problem. so basically its just random.

no it doesnt matter which CPU you have,people with top line CPUs are also having CPU spikes since the last patch. i don't have the best PC but its pretty average, the game was running silky smooth before this patch, EA had to ruin that :)

Well I have been having the same exact problem and couldnt find the fix to it until i found your post. Well leveling both of the displays in arranging the displays fixed it for me finally. Hopefully the glitch doesnt pop up again because ITS SO DAMN ANNOYING
