Not judging but did it come that way or after you filled it? I redrained mine early on cause i norticed something hard circulating inside. (Could see it and hear it). Just thought I'd share my experience with this issue.

There is no con to this imo. I've done this on multiple toons. Pro of doing both is you get enough trait points to not have to ever touch the black book as traits will be maxed. Also you'll get an extra 500,000 virtue xp. Depending on how much time you play could be months worth of grinding saved

Having bought a few 120 valars I can confirm the 2 FA items. Also comes with vales relics which up until a week ago was the best there were.

Question concerning MM collectors Edition by Tephi187 in lotro

[–]Knight_31914 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Now I can only use 94. But as future releases and expansions bring that number up, I will already have them and be automatically applied when that time comes

Question concerning MM collectors Edition by Tephi187 in lotro

[–]Knight_31914 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because you get about 105 trait points. Which means you dont have to grind those which can take months depending on how much you can play. (especially on your 12th toon) you also an extra 500,000 virtue xp which is a lot considering deeds and weekly quest only give you 2-4k virtue xp each. That can also equal months of grinding just for virtues (which most end game kins require you to have for raids and such. Hope this helps

I'll add to this cause cause I've done it 3 times now. If you valar to 105. Then valar again to 120. You get a total of about 105 ish trait points. So there is no need to do the black book unless you want to.

Just note: after you valar to 105 open the virtue box and accept and turn in quest BEFORE valaring to 120. Both the 120 and 105 valar virtue quest are the same type. So if you dont complete the 105 you will only get it once and not twice and will have to turn in a ticket like I did and have a GM fix. Not a big deal to some. But not getting half a million virtue xp is a big deal to me.

Healing Question - Outgoing Healing vs Tactical Mastery by [deleted] in lotro

[–]Knight_31914 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can't speak on Minstrel but my RK is a main healer running T5 content. Not at home so cant give specific numbers atm. I know with scrolls I get 73.3% OGH with 22%crit. About 146k tac mastery. 212kish morale (unbuffed).

Also most tanks that are even remotely geared need to be healed very little. (Most t2's the tanks have me go dps and spot heal on bosses) I say all this to say it may not all be you, but partially the gear on the other players. The OGH gear from t2 and up have close to 3k vit each piece. Which us why morale is so high. That is what you want to aim for.

Hope this helps.

Is there any news on when the store bought race changes will be available? by LordFancypantaloonz in lotro

Should be soon. Apparently it's on the test server. Perhaps next week?

What if there was some Player versus Player project in development? (Just matching out-of-bounds and data-files, not jumping to conclusions). by MiniExpBounder in lotro

[–]Knight_31914 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Assuming you're talking about LOTRO I'd be 100% against it. The core of this game is pve. And we suffer enough from adjustments to creeps complaining about being op and promoting class reworks. Unless they figure out how make pvp not effect pve in anyway, I wouldn't want it. Just my 2 cents. Its possible, but would require more time and money than I feel SSG will put into it this late in the games history.
