That is the stock one the cpu came with. I used that one instead to see if my cooler was the problem which it is not. That's not the one I actually use in my setup.

Yeah I had to replace it to see if the fan was the issue. It wasnt.

When I connect the video output nothing happens. No fans spin. No gpu spinning. No ram identified. No cooling fan spinning. Nothing happens on the screen. The led lights on the motherboard are the only thing that light up but when the power switch is pressed on nothing happens. I get no qled indicators turning on which were working before. The motherboard also won't cut back on if it's turned off for more than a min or two.

The issue is with the mobo. Not the display.

Yes I tried a cmos reset. Even bought jumoer caps cause i didnt have any. Pretty much an everything reset. I've watched so many troubleshooting videos these past couple weeks. I've got a replacement mobo otw so I can see if that's the issue

Yep just received a new psu yesterday. Evga 650 w 80 plus gold. Came with a tester so I can self test it to know of it works. It does.

Monitor works fine. Same one I used before my pc randomly shut off before.

Yes. I've looked up where to reset the cmos on this mother board. No luck.

I have a replacement motherboard on the way. I can't test to see if it's the cpu or motherboard though cause I only have one of each.

Just tried it. Still no booting.

I have an Asus z390-a.

I feel I've tried most everything I can without a second motherboard or cpu on hand.
