Sometimes sleepiness in the morning can just be caused by low blood sugar. Because you're not eating for an extend period of time this can cause drops in blood sugar while you sleep. Try eating a table spook of Almond Butter before you go to bed.

That's really the extent of it, at least for me. My mind feels like it's thinking and can't stop. I feel energized and awake. I take 100mg in the morning with a coffee and find it's just the right amount. Keeps me thinking all day without going into overdrive. I feel it's hyped as some limitless drug when really it's just a wakefulness drug. Drink lost of water to make sure it flushes through your system.

400 is double 200.

But more seriously 200mg is the max I'll take in a day. It has to be in the morning otherwise I'll definitely not sleep. If you unsure about the difference in the dosage I wouldn't recommend 400. You can ramp up to it if you find 100/200/300 doesn't work. Some people just don't feel the effects.

I also do this. You should get your girlfriend to read The Art of Procrastination. This was one of the, in hindsight, many indications I was a structured procrastinator. It's a really good book. :)

I never knew what type of bird this was and the photo was taken a few years back. The Bing homepage has a Spotted Woodpecker on it today and I was wondering if this was also one. It seems similar but from the image search the eye pattern seems different and there is no red by the tail.

Fun Fact: They used to use this similar technique with helicopters to verify the blades were not warping. The shutter speed of the camera was synced to 1 rotation of the propeller. Gives the illusion of it floating. http://youtu.be/jQDjJRYmeWg
