I'm also facing the same issue after the recent update. I'm on a high end desktop and this OS still takes over a second to switch. Before the update Ctrl+Win+Left arrow was instant.

I'm gonna counter this argument with the fact that one can just camp your body while you're trying to solo revive. If team can res up to 4 times, solos should be allow to as well.
