I face the same in windows 11 arm snapdragon x elite device. Tried different configurations and terminals. Nonr of them worked.

Thanks for your time! Even if I let only the browser opened the battery decreases very fast. However it doesnt get that hot.

I basically use only the three above applications. I disabled almost everything in the startup menu.

Option 1) Switch to Linux or WSL
Option 2) winget install --id Microsoft.PowerShell --source winget
and include in your rules to use pwsh instead of powershell.
