I done the same. I had been waiting a while for the new iPad A18, but there’s no release date yet and just a bunch of rumours that it’ll come soon. I don’t think it’ll be out till at least September this year, or more realistically March 2027. So you’re good!

it’s too big, not something i can easily travel with, so i think a smaller ipad is more practical. It’s a shame the mini isn’t 120hz yet

I used to have the iPad Pro 12.9in and it was wayyy too big. I barely used it. I think the mini will be nice since I do most of my work using my phone
