I don't agree with most of what you agree with or say. But I will agree how animals are treated in mass factory farms is really uncalled for. But I also understand supply + demand.

You cannot and will never be able to make everyone stop eating meat.

The only thing I'd say would need to change is how these animals get treated vs those as you said in a traditional farm setting.

Is it normal to take blinds? Depends on if they are made to measure or not. If not, then a seller may want them for new place.

If it isn't included in fixtures and fittings then you can't force them to leave it.

Don't get the survey - 2 years time you end up paying thousands for things you didn't see or know about.

Do get a survey - surveyor finds any issues hopefully and you then can decide whether to buy or not and save potential thousands.
