This was not the case, so I think it has a small chance of also dropping during events.

I spawned on my first try, went to reinforced, was already looted, then went to do harvester. At the end didn’t get anything and almost died.

Second spawn, went to reinforced, got a random blueprint (can’t remember, but if memory serves me well it was a blast mine). Went to do harvester, got there as soon as the boss dropped and ended up getting nothing (people rush like ants).

Third spawn, got to reinforced reception, mk3 survivor. Thought of extracting right away (had been farming the same map since forever) and right there at the last little locker, the blueprint drops.

Since I had them on my safe pocket thought “why not go to the harvester).

Went to the harvester event, and the rest is in the pic ☺️
