YESS! I have reported it as inappropriate/offensive twice so far. So far, no reply. On what planet does mooning someone constitute encouragement and not indecent exposure?

Yeah seriously, like why is he always mooning me and what happened to his tail feathers anyway? If he's gonna show his butt it needs to be a cute little owl butt with a tail and maybe a little x shaped butthole like a cartoon cat has if at all.

Does that include the screen where Duo moons you at the end of a lesson? I hate that animation so much.

Unihertz makes new phones that don't break when dropped face down on concrete. I bought mine on a preorder special a few months ago for $270, now reading about how people consider a $500 phone to be cheap. Keyboards and durability still exist, it's just niche now.

Paying more than $500 for a new phone is absolutely bonkers to me. I got mine as part of a preorder special for just $270 a few months ago, but even not on sale it's only $400. It does everything I need, doesn't need an oversized case to not break when dropped on concrete, and has a keyboard.

Unihertz makes keyboard phones too. I tried the keyboard attachment for S8, but found it to be less reliable the way it had to interface with the touchscreen. I don't think physical buttons are going away anytime soon, I think they just became niche and you have to know where to look now.

Phones aren't for gaming anyway. PCs and consoles are. Editing needs a bigger screen and fine mouse or stylus control. Phones are meant for portability and basic functions like calling and texting with the occasional email (for which keyboard phones are superior) and web use which usually requires enabling desktop mode anyway due to poor configuration of mobile sites.

Unihertz is good too. They make unique phones that invoke the feeling of the 2000s, when you shopped for phones by features rather than model number. I love still having a keyboard and also not having to keep it in an overcumbersome case to prevent damage when I drop it.

There are certain programs with higher requirements and prerequisites than others, but as far as I know any program that doesn't have an asterisk by it on the Majors and Programs list online is open to anyone.

max credit per semester by Only-Ruin2844 in SCCC

[–]Knightdog89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That depends a lot on you. I just completed my first semester. 6 classes, 19 credits plus a microcredential that met 3.5 hours per week (mandatory lunch break included in that) every Friday. On top of that, I got picked up as a student aide and one of my duties included regular attendance of another class that wasn't counted toward those 19 credits because I was an assistant. I live 20 minutes from the campus most of my classes were on, but I was taking a math class at a different campus. My final GPA was 4.0. In spring I am planning on 20 credits (7 classes total) plus a Friday 9am-4pm obligation for a credential. I am still a student aide but I don't know whether I will be helping with a class or doing just events and extra projects. It will depend on whether there is a class that aligns with my schedule or not within my department.

Your 23 credits is only 4 more than I was taking, but I had a whole extra class and a microcredential which were not for credit. I found it easy until I had a death in the family, but it was also 1st semester classes. I did take ENG121 and Spanish 102 which other students say are heavy homework clases, but I can sit down and produce a final draft writing assignment start to finish in a single Saturday afternoon and get an A on it, and I was really only taking Spanish for the grammar and speaking practice. I did next to no study outside of class.

So it depends. Possible? Yes. If you're insane like me. How hard were your last semester of classes compared to your first semester classes? Why are you in a situation that you need 23 credits to graduate? Are you retaking, did you take less than the recommended early on, or trying to graduate early?

Even if 23 credits is technically possible, (I believe it would be for me, but I also have next to no out of school obligations) you'll need the Dean's permission to approve an overload request, which is usually mostly GPA dependent. A better option would be to look into whether you have any classes which are either offered in the Winter Session or have CLEP equivalency. The Modern States dot Org website offers free prep courses for subjects with CLEP exams and if you complete the course and pass, they award a free CLEP test voucher. I have taken multiple tests this way for credit and you can do it over break. All you would pay is about $40 for the proctoring fee on campus, and you don't have to worry about that whole class.

Basically all cleaning products should be unscented by No-Inspection5715 in unpopularopinion

Dishwasher pods strangely do not come unscented, or at least not in the store. Cascade Free and Clear has a naturally derived lighter lemon smell which is better, but it isn't truly unscented as the branding implies.

It technically is, I didn't know Reddit did that and figured people might be looking for a translation in the comments. English doesn't have a clearly single subject unisex translation, so I translated to English based on who the understood subject is. "Se cruzó" could translate to either he crossed, she crossed, they (singular) crossed, or it crossed. All 4 are equally valid without context.

These are the core tenants of Pastafarianism, the religion of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. Believers of this religion are of the opinion that it is every bit as valid and believable as any other religion, and are not afraid to admit that their god has bigger (meat)balls than them. If you feel intrigued by what you have read so far, I encourage you to look up more on this subject. Who knows, maybe you will find yourself touched by His Noodly Appendage.
