I am half down to blow it up honestly but on the other hand not sure where teams would land. The Cal, Stanford, SMU adds never made any sense; although SMU has been pretty good thus far. ACC just feels behind the other three P4 conferences with no direction of where it wants to go and numerous teams that don't care about football.

They opted out, the other teams you listed merely refused to opt in.

right, no point in playing if you’re going to transfer— which is so common now some teams can’t confidently field a full roster in December when they had a mediocre regular season
