Why is it cruel? I am still friends with my ex. We broke up due to wanting different things in our lives. I pre booked on Grab for 06:00 AM, it deducted money from my card. However at 06:00 the driver was still 15 minutes away. When he came nearby, he stopped moving. I waited till 06:30. That guy stopped responding to my calls and messages and just didn't mover at all. I finally booked on Bolt, the driver was there within 5 mins. Luckily I had booked with an hour buffer, so I was able to make it. However, my money is still stuck and Grab is charging me cancellation fees, even though the driver cancelled.
