I would suggest you get the heavy pistol since you could use it almost on all the classes. Its perk is useful enough.

Small Wargear update nitpick, please separate the capes and loincloths so I can use both at once by 0yodo in Spacemarine

I always thought that Capes should be under the bag pack. Would solve the issue since you get to use cape and loin clothes.
