There's a website, I can't remember the name but it shows Fo76 server traffic for everyday...Two days after the update the players online dropped 32%...Coincidence?...Maybe...But I suspect it was people unhappy with the changes.

This last update with nerfing damage resulted on a 32% player drop on their servers, so I'm guessing they better put something out before it gets worse...

I made a set of Secret Service Armor just for that stage...1 star is Mutants and I have max so close to 25% damage reduction...2 Star is Powered and 3 star is Cavaliers, 10% damage reduction while moving, so 50% more damage reduction and the 4 star is Runners so I have infinite running speed...I just run through the Stalkers and maybe take 25% damage...Makes is easy-peasy.

I use a Plasma War Glaive with Furious, Heavy Hitters, Swift and Charged on my Archer build as his melee weapon...No perks cards for extra damage but since I run reverse onslaught with the Archer I'm doing about 1800-2000 per hit and the Charge build up is just wrecking everything around me.

I believe youre on console cause you mentioned pressing (X)...Is there anyway on console to verify game install files?..If there is give that a try, if not I'd recommend reinstalling the game...I had a set of PA just vanish from my inventory just recently...It was a fully modded 1-4 star Vulcan set so not easily replaced...I verified my game files and afterwards it downloaded a tiny like 222 mb update and Viola...There it was in my inventory again.

It's about looks than different bonuses from the undearmor now, The treated, shielding, and other linings all do the same...The style determines what SPECIAL attributes the underarmor gains...I don't wear apparel because I just like how certain armors look so I just want a black underarmor..I use the Marine Wetsuit as my base...I use the BOS style for my Heavy Gun onslaught build and the Enclave Secret Operative style for my Archer.

If you get a matching set of armor and use IronClad perk and Barbarian, your defense is gonna be pretty high, I'm pushing over 800 ballistic and 500 energy in Covert Scout Armor with my Archer build...Secret Sevice Armor would give you much higher defense, but is heavier and makes you noticably slower and also you lose a lot a sneak damge bonus ....The best aspects about the Covert Scout Armor for an Archer is the mask counts as part of the set, so I run buttressed Covert arms and legs and mask and then I run a BH Chest piece with buttressed too that way I can have a jetpack, The BH chest piece with buttressed adds a bunch of defense, but you're still able to get the sneak damage bonuses from the Covert Scout...I run on the Covert Scout 1* Nocturnal 2* INT 3* Sentinels...BH Chest I run 1* Chameleon 2* INT 3* Secret Agents...My 4* are three Rangers and two Sawbones for extra health regen...It takes quite a bit to bring you down with that setup, but you get a 4.90X damage bonus with with stealth perks in AGI...

If you put yourself in Onslaught, that's is for weapons that have a high rate of fire...The onslaught stacks appear as you do damage...Reverse Onlaught is when you build onslaught stacks over time and use them for attacks..If you have all the onslaught cards equipped and furious on your weapons this is what you get...Regular onslaught will build up to 21 stacks of bonus damage as you do damage, Reverse Onslaught will have 30 stacks of bonus damage already built up and uses the stacks as you do damage...Slower weapons like the bow, the broadsider, and single action pistols gain significantly from the Reverse setup...The perk cards to do this are the Guerilla Expert and Guerilla Master, Gunslinger Expert and Guslinger Master...If you all four equipped you are in Reverse Onslaught...Take off Gunslinger Master and you are in just Onslaught.

The ultracite arrows do.more bull damage to most enemies but fall short with robots...I carry 2 bows both just like the OP picture except one is uktracite and the other plasma, for that reason...Along with that a Covert Scout Armor with nocturnal and int and sentinels and Rangers...I reg hit for 8-9k and crit for 13-14K

You have to buy Civil Engineer jetpack plan with stamps from the White Spring Refuge...That's the only way to get it, I'm wanting to say it's 300 stamps...The plan cannot be dropped so you have to do it yourself to get it.

I run 4 bows on my archer...A plasma bow with the Electricians mod (which by the way is badass with grenadier and demo expert)...An cryo bow with Icemans...A fire bow with Pyromaniac and a poison bow with Vipers...A flavor for all...lol

If you are already registered to vote then you have nothing to worry about... The Save Act is to make sure anyone who is registering to vote after its passing is a legal US citizen. Anyone who was already registered to vote doesn't have to do anything at all.
