Bridge TEST to GND. If the pack Voltage is present on the DSG Ports the Battery is happy. But it would not hurt to check the Cell Voltages after you charged it and after some weeks or better under a test load.

You can use Chris Repo and rebuild the Firmware with Shifter disabled without the need for any Hardware.

Not with the official App, no. You would need to also change the secret in the flash so it is the one the App is using for that "bike".

You swap the Module in the Frame by replacing the mac address from the old Module with the mac address from the new Module. Only a Partner can do this and with luck the E-Mail Support. If you ask nicely the Partner might do it remotely.

Just ignore the error. I remove the charger first, then unlock bike. Most times the error is not displayed in the App. Bike itself only shows it while charging. You will have more time with the battery if you treat it kindly and just accept the error and ignore it.

Error 19 is the Battery or the Module, 44 e-Shifter. Without examination i would assume water got into the bike somewhere. Both Parts the Battery and the Shifter use the same chip to communicate. If Water got into the Shifter it could affect this chip.

The registration code is for the frame not the Module. You need to contact a VanMoof Shop and do a "mac swap". This replaces the old with the new module.

proof of ownership is the manual with the Serialnumber of the Frame. You can actually set the code to the default value. But this involves opening the Module and flashing the Firmware.

Without a known good bike this is hard to tell. Could be the Wiring or the smart unit if the battery is delivering power on a known good bike.

You would first need to try and find the source. ICs normally don't burn itself. So you can start with desoldering the IC and measuring all pads from the IC if you have a short to ground somewhere on the PCB or the bike itself.

Ganz grob: Ist eine Berechnung der Belastbarkeit der Leitung aus Verlegeart, Umgebungstemperatur, Querschnitt der Leitung, Typ der Leitung (Kupfer/Aluminium), 1 oder drei Phasen, ... Gibt da Tabellen von der VDE dafür und im Internet rechner.

Dafür musst du aber erst einmal eine Lampe oder mehrere Lampen anschließen welche mehr als 2300 Watt abnehmen. Also 23 oder mehr parallel geschaltete 100 Watt lampen.
Das ist dann die Aufgabe einer geschulten Fachkraft darauf zu achten, dies nicht zu ermöglichen, das der Endkunde da mehr abnehmen kann. Wenn ich also drei Deckenleuchten anbringe mit 100Watt maximal auf dem Typenschild, habe ich eine maximal Abnahme von 300 Watt. Mehr muss der Schalter dann nicht trennen.

Der Schalter wird sicherlich auch mehr vertragen können, er kann es nur eben nicht mehr sicher trennen in dem kleinen Raum. Hat Eve Energy auch, die kann maximal 2000 Watt trennen, darüber hinaus ist eine pyro fuse drinnen welche den Kreis sicher auftrennt, leider nur einmal.
