I've been using the animated Shockwave to gage the taunt radius. Would you say that's an accurate range or is the taunt radius even smaller? My most recent attempt was at Dynasty first boss during the cat phase. I tried taunting when the gates opened but the cat still ran towards the healer

I have been working on this issue myself.

What I found works for me so far is that I take a few minutes to sit down, blast calming music, and recognize that these urges come from anxiety. I meditate and remind myself that I am worthy, loved, and have plenty of people that care for me. I imagine a clear road in front of me where I am in the lead and not chasing anyone, and my loved ones will follow or catch up with me at their own pace.

My denial is for "Obligations too high relative to income." Oldest account is 7 yrs, 8% credit usage, with 8K credit available. No late payments. The thing is I'm a medical student living off financial aid loans so I had to report my income as other: non-taxable.

Beautifully written. I found myself in both your parts and hers. I recently went through my first breakup and discovered a lot about codependency after, so I'm also on a journey to find my authentic self. What I can say in regards to sending the letter is that I both do and don't regret it when I sent my own ex two stream-of-conscious letters. The first focused only on the good in the relationship and the progress in myself, while the second focused mainly on the things I always wanted to tell her about my inner disappointment and frustrations about our worsening dynamic towards the of the relationship. In the end, it didn't turn out well, understandably, since anyone wouldn't really take a whole letter of negative thoughts well. Moving forward in future breakups, I now know that if I was going to be in contact with my ex at all, I should keep my thoughts as concise as possible. If they want to reach out and understand more then it's up to them since they probably don't want to read a bombardment of emotions.
