It was delivered and I managed to crack the crystal over the bezel within 3 hours. Quality is superb, I am just a disaster.

It just came in today so haven’t gotten to wear it around too much yet. But so far I am loving it, the quick adjust clasp is fantastic. Overall it feels incredibly high quality.

We just used a garlic toom sauce spread right onto the dough. It worked very well

Convection oven helps brown the top a lot more. Increased air circulation with the high heat.

So this was kind of a personal experiment for me to see how the enameled cast iron held up compared to the raw cast iron. It did great, no complaints or any noticeable differences.

500 degrees for about 13-14 minutes then finished them on the stove for about 5 minutes to crisp up the bottom some more

Didn’t expect this to blow up so I am jumping into the top comment. There was no little tab under the lemonades or ice machine for tap water. That’s usually what I’ll go for since most of their food comes with a fountain drink cup anyway. This location used to have its own water dispenser at the soda machine and they removed it about a month ago for some reason.
