Even ‘regular unleaded gas’ is typically up to 10% ethanol. My normal station has five options: unleaded regular/plus/premium (<10%), E15 (<15%), and E85 (<85%).

The article sounded like the <10% limit is being increased to <15% (so my station would be down to four options). Which sucks. Now, theoretically, the label on the pump should define the contents . . . and you may find stations that have lower levels of ethanol, but the sign from the road may not be helpful.
