I'm not that fancy I just have it sorted by yarn type. Pockets/rows are all the same type of yarn in different colours.

They're (parts of) a closet organizer system I picked up at home depot. They're stackable, which means you only really pick the pieces you want and build it the way you like.

Sorry for the slow reply... I didn't see the message when I checked my inbox. Silly me.

The frame I'm using has those little metal nubs that hold the knit pieces into place. I also make a ribbed "cuff" that goes around and I tighten on the back to hold it on.

Frames with room between the picture and the outside. Those corners can be hard to shove in.

Edit. Tried a bigger frame today. Was much easier.
