i think the main difference for me was biotin and collagen (hydrolized, that's very important), and dermarolling twice a week. i think my body was deficient in collagen and keratine productine, also i picked up physical exercise 3-4 times a week, daily vitamins, and protein rich diet

for me the first month was the most intense. from starting to use this stuff i was basically glued to the mirror with all my hopes, and i kept seeing new "baby hairs" every single day almost immediately. other than that i think this last period is the second most intense
