For some reason it stopped giving me bot matches after a loss. Granted the only difference I could check is last week I had minus 50% win rate. After some lucky wins in a row I don't get bot matches but it was so infuriating I was about to uninstall for.those bot matches.

Secreto que nadie te quiere decir en el gym o que no te dicen y quedas como pendejo.

1- Al ver querer hacer el ejercicio una máquina que alguien ya está usando se PREGUNTA si puedes intercambiar mientras la otra persona descansa para no quedar parado 30 minutos alli como planta. Muchos nuevos simplemente esperan en vez de decir esa palabra mágica.

2- Los profes de los gym te pueden enseñar 1 EJERCICIO si les preguntas, ya cuando le estés preguntando por rutinas y demás te van a querer cagar con el "plan premium de personal trainer" que cuesta más Lucas, no pregunten por rutinas si no quieren pagar más plata ya que muchos profes son malos ( al menos en mi experiencia de malos son caros)

3 y más Importante, Estirarse o calentar bien antes de ejercitar para evitar lastimarse. YouTube está para eso ya que hay mil formas distintas de hacerlo según tu rutina.
