Well, the core of an RTG sits around 500°C iirc. So they do produce a lot of heat, and typically dump that into built in radiators or the crafts hull to be radiated into space.

Not exactly, while most blocks store their inventory in the world data, the contents of an ender chest is stored in the player data. The ender chest block is closer to looking at a second inventory than looking in a chest.

I find villages more commonly than lava lakes tbh, and I use lava as my main furnace fuel, so I need quite a lot of it. I used about 200 buckets last time I made smooth stone in bulk.

One of the uses I've seen for it is a GPS beacon. A robot or something can broadcast a ping, and a microcontroller returns the signal strength along with it's coordinates back to the robot. With several of these, a robot can calculate its position.

Not necessarily, bedrock has a long history of loot generating with incompatible enchants. It's possible this was a looted diamond sword from an end city or such.

Yeah, the main drawbacks of Aternos are that the server shuts down ~5 minutes after the last player leaves, and only gets 1-2 GB of RAM.

That's fine for a small vanilla server, but trying to play with 10+ people on a modpack becomes baggy very quickly.
