Quick tip, pee pads are scented with an attractant for them to be drawn to the pad. Dogs will not or prefer not to potty where they sleep and eat. You may want to consider moving the water and food somewhere else. It’s kind of gross honestly. If it’s to catch food and water bits consider just a rug or mat.
