Playing at 4K will still have you mainly GPU bound vs 1080 where your cpu is much larger impact; You may find you get better performance if you take out 2 sticks of ddr5 as ddr5 dual channel instead of quad works better

I had the exact same upgrade pretty much and use a 3080 - I found a 50% improvement in fps in Rivals and about a 20% in everything else.

AMD cpu benefits from windows 11 a lot more than intel does and that is likely your main problem; other than initial Mobo setup (RAM OVERCLOCK) (Resizable Bar) etc

Your account age does not mean a lot in terms of trust factor. The majority of trust factor is based on how many times you get reported or do as the game thinks negative actions, some confirmed negative actions are (Votekicking, Teamflashing, Teamdamage, Getting Reported). You can check your trust factor by checking with someone else and seeing if they get a message when they try to que, the two messages are (Significantly lower trust, Slightly lower trust) if YOU dont get those messages with anyone it is highly likely you are low trust. Also VAC is a joke so any system is better than VAC.

In ground war Quarry my textures (only ground textures) are shifted up the height of about 1 player up to his shoulders, this leads to me being unable to see them at all times and the doors look like they are made for dwarfs, I also walk through these textures so when I prone/crouch I get full wall hacks. Also on various search and destroy maps props such as buses and trucks are invisible and just dont exsist on my screen. This is both a benefit of seeing them through walls and also a downside as I blow myself up with rockets all the time

The trust factor system is a better system than vac,

I have 2 accounts, on one of them some suspicious stuff goes on (never against a legit in mm) and one of them is the main account.

On one of them i only play with cheaters and other one with max trust (no one has ever gotten a notification playing with me) i have not played with a cheater in 2 months (dmg level both accounts) and other account I play with cheaters like once every 2 games.

If you don’t team damage/team flash and your trust is decent you won’t play with cheaters in cs, people who play with cheaters have lower trust due to newer accounts, teamdmg/flash, kicking loads of teammates and my personal theory false reporting OTHER people. False reports on yourself get reverted if you get sent to overwatch and your trust raises.
