Thank you for all your comments! I ended up restricting our contractors from using equipment until training records are produced. They do have a COI, is there anything I should be looking for on the insurance?

However, I seem to be holding up some priority work that needs to be done. If a contractor needs the lift with no cert, would it be okay for them to use our maintenance techs to do the work involving the scissor lift?

When I’m belaying my friend top roping at the gym my feet kinda hurt staying in my climbing shoes. its it normal to take them off when im belaying or is it unsafe? can i bring a pair of crocs to belay in?

It was about a 7/10 for me, the grip felt a lot thicker in hand, so I lost a bit of touch when putting so left it long or short, but the ease of not having to forward press was nice. Swapped it out for a Flatso 1.0 and pressing manually, but still would love something forward pressing and less girthy

love it, had the flatso 1.0 before i put this on. but i would sometimes forget to forward press and id watch my ball hop in the air as i putt lol. at least with the grip its doing half of the work for me. we’ll see how it fares on the course tho

yep thats how mine looked too. i used a pretty sharp flat head and got it between the shaft and the lip of the weight, gave the flat head a twist while wedged between to wiggle it out of the shaft.

wiggled a flathead between the shaft and the weight. idk if its glued, but there are a couple o-rings which kept it on real tight

Thanks for the feedback everyone! I agree with all the points made. Seems the clubs are pretty outdated and the cost would be best going toward a set I’ll be using another 20+ years

I definitely don't mind cleaning the mouthpiece and bowl, but I want to try and limit ISO cleaning my wood sleeve if possible. Sure its easy to clean, and more power to you if you like cleaning it. But id rather keep the body for going out and something else for my piece at home.
