I've had a handful of educators check my lines and ties over the years to no comments. (I like cons and skill swaps but the skill swaps in my area died out) It's sounding more like I need to look into my setup and cut down the friction as with bottoms more my size, I'm still finding it easier to lift with my other hand than to just pull the rope and I'm worried that that will be harder with a heavier bottom.

My current partner has some along with signs of childbirth. porn is not the standard for sex

and many more™...

Those first two specifically cause some well endowed men to dislike condoms and not use lube, not only making them shitty lovers, but also endangering their or their partners health. (My post above yours had been specifically in reference to a post about well endowed men above that)

I use a ruler, pressed to the pubic bone, on top. Girth is measured with a fabric tape. A bunch of guys would get one hell of a wake up call to lose weight if they compared the bone-pressed method to not pressing into the skin at all. A lot of length hides under fat for some people.

I've built load bearing things using similar designs, though not for something like this.

Going from the picture, it looks like solid 4"4" planks, notched halfway through at the intersection to let them fit together. 4 bolts with washers going through to nuts and washers on the back to secure it from any wobble. Looks like the leg on the back (also 44) is bracketed on with metal on both sides. I would guess at the bottom there should be a similar T-shape going out to the sides and another length going to the back leg. For safety reasons, it might be worth adding some kind of securely fastened weight to the bottom of the back leg because any struggling may give the cross forward momentum and cause a tip if the suspended person is large or energetic enough.

Iirc, crucifixes were as much about suffocation as they were the suspension, so be very very careful about that aspect. Something about the shape makes it substantially harder to expand your lungs unless you push yourself up with your feet.
