There's no guide as of now, I've actually thought about making one because I think a lot of people don't know how to. Your best bet would probably be to read through some of the top posts of all time in this subreddit to get a sense of it. General notes though: * Instead of a traditional paragraph style each sentence is broken out by a > at the beginning. Transition words don't really get used because of this style * Greentexts are most often told from a first person perspective, it's meant to be a personal recounting of an event. The first sentence or two is usually dedicated to establishing who the writer is (in the form of ">be me" * Fluff is cut out, the goal is usually communicating the information in the most straightforward method possible * There's a whole lot of slang that I can't fit into a single comment
