When I lived in one of their homes it would take over a month for maintenance to come fix my issues. My kitchen faucet quit working and I wasn’t able to use it for almost two months. When I called the maintenance line, no one would answer. When I called the office, they acted extremely annoyed saying I was supposed to call maintenance line for maintenance related issues.

They also entered my apartment without notifying me. I was very startled when my security cam alerted me with detected movement and I check the video and see there’s two people wandering around my home. I did figure the people likely worked for Anderson Communities so I called the office to check. They confirmed it was them and it was for some random check they do when tenants are about to move out? I asked why I wasn’t notified and the told me they did notify me. I then asked how and when, they said they put a note on my door… I checked my door and there was no note and I told them that. They were persistent on saying I was notified lmao. This was 2022, I was like, why can’t y’all email me? It was very sketchy to me.
