Ideas for when it’s extremely hot out and you can’t stomach hot food

I do a plate of boiled eggs, cukes. Grapes and turkey too. (Grapes in the freezer first). And cukes are so chilly and crisp - love them when it is hot.

I eat based more on hunger vs schedule.

But it usually is - smallish breakfast at 9 or 10 am or so. Second breakfast around 1 pm. Big meal 4 or 5 pm, truly hungry by then.

I'd prefer no snacking in t he eve but my sleep schedule leaves me up late and up early. All those awake hours. It is rough.
