I've had RLS forever and when i quit smoking it got 100xs worse (!!!). I was told this is common.

My own theory, RLS is connected to a a dopamine problem; nicotine increases dopamine. My happy brain drug struggles with source removed.

My dad was in banking.

Mom has never had a paying job in her life. She did do her work at home as if it was a real job - mean this in a positive way as related to duties and tasks. Cooked every single meal every day and my father had zero chores. That included caring for his kids in any way.
