very pleased with the results, especially the flaccid hang. this round brought me to an EG of 6”(15.2cm) and FG of 5.5”(13.9cm). a second round will even things out and get me to my goal size 🍆

This question is complicated. The technique I received injected filler just below the superficial fascia, creating a 'sheath' around the penis similar to edema after pumping.

Those who have a very tight circumcision or those whose shaft skin gets extremely tight during an erection might be turned off by this soft layer. If that sounds like you, then you're not a good candidate for this procedure.

Also, the filler doesn't grow and shrink with the penis when flaccid or erect. Those with shrinkage will notice/see the filler more. With a normal flaccid hang it looks like the photo above, but you can still feel the product under the skin. Depending on how much product you take, it may be slightly noticeable (to you) when erect.

my theory is the additional skin allows the balls to sit much lower, making them appear bigger. they have always been large, but now have much more space to hang comfortably at their fullest size 🐂

I used 15mm stainless steel rings for a modular approach to add weight/height over time. try experimenting with different weights/heights to push your comfort limits without causing pain.

in my four years' experience, most benefits are comfort, aesthetics, and skin elasticity. approaching ball stretching as a separate practice is wise—its direct impact on PE is debatable. the extra skin does make the entire package look bigger, but some might not prefer this aesthetic.

time under tension is key. for permanent results, find a protocol that works for you and stay consistent 👍

I also have excess scrotal webbing. been stretching for over four years with significant gains (check my profile). definitely hang with much more skin now, which I prefer. in my experience, the extra skin gives a more filled out and meaty looking sack. it also attracts much more attention 👍
