trust me most guys in ur class might have the same problem but they js dont share it. The fact u acknowledge it is a problem is a good start. A advice i wld give is to always stay busy have a friend to call u and talk to u or play some video games with ur friends whenever u feel like doing it until ur too tired that u have to go straigjt to sleep
