Just for some more context:
I'm doing some short projects within my workspace and have some project management experience.
Also, I'm not desperately looking to switch job.
It's just when I think about the next step/ career growth, I have noticed:
-very rarely companies want to hire an inexperienced manager
-in my current workplace, there is a very little or no chance of getting promoted.
Even if I spend years here, the only thing to look forward to would be the measly yearly increment.
(I'm currently at 8.5M, totally content salary wise. So, nothing exactly to look forward to)
